Tampa Bay Growth

The St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area is booming. Lately I have seen a lot of homeowners adding additions and second stories to their homes. Many new high rise condos are hitting the market. This year our area ranked as the #23rd highest growing city in the United States! I can't believe how much I love living here. From the dozens of awesome beaches to the great sailable seas to the music, beer, arts, festivals, and incredible food all over the city. And mostly, I just love the people!
