Copley General Contracting was founded with one simple idea: treat every project like it’s being built for our own family. For over 10 years, Chad and Dede Copley have served homeowners and businesses across the Tampa Bay area with custom builds, major renovations, structural repairs, and remediation work.
From our home base in Saint Petersburg, we’ve grown into a trusted name in Florida construction, but we’ve kept the values that started it all: integrity, craftsmanship, and clear communication on every job, no matter the size.
